OUR TRAININGS

We have a complete IATF training package including IATF 16949 Fundamentals and requirements; IATF Core Tools (important tools in Quality Assurance work), and IATF internal auditor training. The training package gives a stable foundation for internal auditors and fulfills IATF’s requirements on internal auditor trainings. The training courses are held separately which makes it possible to choose training opportunities. To ensure best outcome of the training, the participant should perform all three training courses in the order mentioned above. When passing the examination the participant will be competent to perform 1st and 2nd part audits.

The training material is extensive in order to be used as support and guide even after the training course. We can also customize these training courses to ensure maximum effect for your organization.

We have also developed a special 1 day training in PFMEA based on the common manual form AIAG & VDA. This training consists of both theory and practical exercises in the seven steps method

ATF 16949 Fundamentals training

Gives the participant insight in and an understanding of the IATF requirements from a company and process perspective with connection to ISO 9001 requirements to gain a complete picture of the requirements.

The training course gives a background to and describes the expectations of an IATF 16949 certified company and also explains what is exceptional with IATF requirements.

  • Multiple group assignments to get to know the IATF standard.

This training course is set up for those who have knowledge of ISO 9001 and who plan to take IATF Core Tools training course and IATF internal auditor training course.

 

IATF Core Tools , 2 days.

 

Core tools training is an intensive course and includes extensive group assignments in order to get to know all the tools in practice.

 This training course is set up for those who have knowledge of ISO 9001 and who plan to take IATF Core Tools training course and IATF internal auditor training course.

PFMEA introduction, 1 day.

Gives an introduction to the updated FMEA manual which is developed by VDA and AIAG and it replaces the previous VDA and AIAG manuals. This course has focus on Process FMEA since that is the most used by the Swedish suppliers for the automotive industry. The training material is comprehensive and aimed to be used also after the course in a more accessible way.

  • The different FMEA types
  • The new structure and focus
  • Management commitment
  • Practival exercises
  • Prioritization of actions and improvements

This training course is set up for those who have FMEA experience.

IATF Internal auditor training, 3 days

This training course gives a foundation in the audit method within IATF and complies with IATF requirements. Practical audit exercises are performed at companies during daily operations. The course is normally held with two trainers, to be able to support and keep a high standard during the three days of training.

A large part of my professional life I have mainly worked in metal cutting for the automotive industry, but I have been active in other industries. My positions have ranged from operator, maintenance and production technology to quality manager.

In 2007 I started my journey as a 3rd party auditor according to ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110 ed3. The journey has continued and I now work as a contracted auditor for DNV through my company Andon AB, which I started in 2013

My experience is also broad in translating standards related to Automotive and licensed training for VDA QMC in Northern Europe and the Baltics. This through a joint company I started in 2016 with a colleague. In 2023, I chose to focus entirely on my own company Andon AB

Areas of my expertise are mainly Management Systems, Quality Assurance and various audit techniques. But above all, I have deep knowledge of both VDA and AIAG's methods and tools. I also perform internal audits, including VDA 6.3:2023

For the past two years, I have worked as a consultant in the development, training and auditing of management systems, mainly with suppliers to the automotive industry. The work includes training within IATF and methods with tools that support the IATF as well as expert supporting with the implementation of standards. For a period, I worked as a quality manager within Alfa Laval with products with a wide range of requirements from standard products to products with extensive requirements such as nuclear power and offshore. My past is in shipping as a chief engineer and ship surveyor as well as a second-party inspector.

As an auditor at i.e. DNVGL, Intertek and Bureau Veritas I work with large global customers as project leaders and reporting to the top management teams. I am auditing IATF 16949, ISO 9001and ISO 14001.

The experience I have gained I pass on during my work to help clarify and concretize the requirements that exist. Experience also provides the prerequisite for finding solutions that have proven to work in reality.

More or less grown up within the manufacturing industry since mt father had his own manufacturing company during my childhood.  

Been working in small and larger companies within the automotive industry in different positions such as quality manager & Lean champion. 

I am an approved 3 party auditor for the automotive industry since 2010 ( ISO/TS 16949 & IATF 16949). I am also approved 3 party auditor for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.  

Started my own consulting company in 2015 and have since then helped a lot of organizations to understand the benefit of letting the organizations overall strategies being the lead star of the management system. And also being the basis for the development of the organizations processes.  

I have a passion for training of organizations and individuals and have during the latest five years performed training national and international within the field of quality and environment.

i am a civil engineer from Linköping Institute of Technology and have been working at Scania in Södertälje for most of his professional career. At Scania i have had  several leading positions in production and purchasing. I have  been workshop-, logistics- and quality manager and also a manager of industrial engineering.

During the last years at Scania, i worked on developing suppliers to Scania who have had delivery, quality or financial problems. I have also worked with audits of suppliers according to VDA 6.3.

During 1999/2000, i participated in creation of Scania's education in QS9000 and also was the trainer of all employees in purchasing (purchasers and SQA), managers in technical development and about 200 suppliers to Scania.

Since the end of the year 2018, i have had my own consultant focusing on education in IATF16949 and development of mainly production-related processes with LEAN as a base. I am also a management consultant with suppliers to the automotive industry who have problems with quality or capacity

Som extern revisor har jag som Revisionsledare under ett antal år genomfört externa revisioner inom ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 och ISO 27001. Jag har även bred erfarenhet av att bygga upp strukturer för införande och förbättring av ledningssystem inom olika företag och branscher.

Q-SOURCE FMEA is all about doing "the right things first" and preventing doing errors in your daily operations. The more important it is to avoid errors in your daily operations, the more use is the Q-SOURCE FMEA tool. To systematically reduce the probability for errors increases your competitiveness. Q-SOURCE FMEA uses the risk analysis as starting point and takes it one step further and identifies immediately the control instruments necessary to avoid errors. The output is ready control plans, inspection instructions and sign-off lists etc.


GAP-ANALYSIS VS IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001: 2018

We can perform a GAP-analysis and identify what changes you need to make to your existing Management system to secure that it is in line with the requirements of the needed standard.

Lean Six Sigma

We conduct training in LEAN as well as in Six Sigma with different levels of training. For Six Sigma we have Introduction, Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt training. We also have experience in helping companies planning and preparing for implementation of parts or fully of a LEAN and/or Six Sigma program. Examples of parts of the LEAN or Six Sigma program are: preparation/planning, training on different levels in the organization, choosing projects, roll-out of the methodology in the organization as well as coaching the Project Managers ​

Since we have been working with many companies over time, we have learned a lot along the way. If we were asked what is the most distinct difference between an efficient Quality Management System and one that does not work, we can say that it is having a clear connection between the strategy and the objectives and activities in the organization. The famous “red thread”. It makes it easier for everyone to relate and engage in the objectives and activities when everyone sees the same picture. It is not until that is achieved that you can get full effect of the activities started.
